  • Chris Nguyen

    Chris Nguyen is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) with six years of experience in public accounting, having worked at both Big 4 and regional firms. His background includes IT risk assessments for financial statement audits of public and private companies, as well as SOC 1 and SOC 2 (Types I and II) examinations. Chris specializes in IT general controls (ITGCs) that support internal controls over financial reporting (ICFRs), and has extensive experience mentoring staff and training clients on building, documenting, and operating effective technology controls.

    Chris has served organizations across financial services, technology, manufacturing, education, healthcare, and consumer goods. He holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Chapman University and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Saint Joseph’s University.

    Navi is an accomplished Internal Audit Manager and Audit Strategist specializing in the strategic planning and execution of comprehensive financial, operational, and compliance audits. As a SOX Compliance Specialist, he brings deep expertise in SOX 404 control testing and walkthroughs, ensuring robust internal controls across critical business processes. Known as a Process Optimizer, Navi has a proven track record of identifying control gaps and developing tailored remediation strategies for executive leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
